Loyalty Program – Terms and Conditions

Spin the Wheel Offer
  • Offer is valid only on weekdays.
  • Only one person per group is allowed to spin the wheel.
  • If you win 20% off your next meal, you will receive 20% off your next meal, valid for 30 days upon presenting the original receipt.
  • If you win 2 free samosas, you will receive two free samosas with your takeaway order on the same day.
  • If you win 50% off or $100 off, you will receive whichever amount is lower on your total bill.
  • If you win 25% off, you will receive 25% off your total bill.
  • If you win $20 off, you will receive $20 off your total bill.
  • If the wheel lands on the “Spin Again” option, participants are eligible for an additional spin.
  • Our Loyalty Program (“Program”) is open to all customers who place orders online
  • Online customers are automatically enrolled upon registration.
  • Phone order customers can join by providing their name and phone number at the time of placing an order.
  • Customers earn 1 point for every $1 spent on takeaway orders placed online or by phone.
  • Points are calculated on the total food order value, excluding delivery fees, discounts, and taxes.
  • Points will be credited to your account after the order is successfully completed and paid.
  • 10 points = $1 in rewards value.
  • You can start redeeming rewards once you have accumulated a minimum of 50 points.
  • Points can be redeemed online at checkout or applied by staff during phone orders.
  • Points cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions unless stated otherwise.
  • Maximum 200 points can be redeemed in an order.
  • Loyalty points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.
  • Expired points will automatically be removed from your account and cannot be reinstated.
  • You can view your points balance, earning history, and redemption details by logging in to your account and visiting the Loyalty section.
  • We are not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account or misuse of loyalty points.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice.
  • In case of program termination, customers will have 30 days to redeem their remaining points.
  • Points are non-transferable and hold no monetary value outside the Program.
  • Misuse or fraudulent activity related to loyalty points may result in account suspension or points forfeiture.
  • We hold the rights to change the accrual and redemption process without any prior notification.
